Home Inspection:  A thorough examination of the structure is performed, and all mechanical systems are tested in the normal setting.

If you are having a new home built, we recommend an inspection before closing.  The final walk-thru with the builder's Rep will not examine all the items a home inspection will cover.

Pre-Listing Inspection:  If you are considering the sale of your home, the report will tell you the overall condition.  If there are repais needed, you can then determine your course of action.

Inspection before the end of the Builder's Warranty:  Several months before the end of your builder's warranty, contact us for an inspection.  You will receive a written report, with photos, to aid your negotiations for any repairs that may be needed.

One of our goals is to educate the consumer.  We answer any of your inspection questions, and, if I don't know the answer, I will research to find it.

Plan to attend the inspection and 'walk-thru- at the end.  This will give you the opportunity to observe the home and systems operations, and ask any questions you may have.

After the inspection, you will have more knowledge of the positive and negative aspects of the home, and the workings of the electricity, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.

Please note the following regarding the inspection:
 

• If the utilities are turned off at the meter, we do not turn them on
• The Inspector cannot offer estimates of repair costs or recommend available repair companies (TREC regulations)
• If any areas of deficiencies or defects ae found - further evaluation will be recommended by a specialist in that field
• The report is 'owned' by you, the client, and will not be released to others without your permission
