At Home Inspections by Foster, we work hard for you, the Client.

We are Professional Home Inspectors licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).  Our company is family owned and operated.

Our Inspectors have completed the course work, passed the testing, and completed the continuing education to maintain this licensing.

The previous experience of each Inspector includes 13+ years in the remodeling and construction trades, including carpentry and repairs.  This provides valuable knowldge of 'things to look for' when repairs and fresh paint could mask previous issues.

Home Inspectors as a group must abide by the TREC Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.  Our company also adheres to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.  The inspection is non-destructive and non-invasive, and meets the TREC Standards of Practice as well as InterNACHI.

The property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing.  We will notify the client of any item that is noted.  We provide quality color photos with every inspection report, and a CD of photos will be mailed to the Client.

We will be happy to answer any of your questions -- One of our goals is to educate.  If you have a question, I will do my best to answer.  If I don't know the answer, I will research to find out.
